Kim and her team are so helpful when we are living out of state. There isn't a task they can't do. From coordinating contractor visits at the house, to checking our mail boxes - they're always one phone call away with anything we need. After the big storms this summer, Kim was proactive and went by to reassure there was no damage or leaks in the house. Her company name couldn't be more accurate! Kim has been an incredible resource for us as we’ve navigated moving into our new construction winter home in Scottsdale from our year-round home in Pennsylvania. We only had a few days after closing to move in before returning home, so we ordered many items for the house and had them sent to Kim’s home. She sorted through all the packages, ensured nothing was damaged, and stored everything safely until our closing.

Once we began the move-in process, Kim and her husband loaded two cars with the items, delivered them to the house, and helped us unload. Since then, Kim has been checking on the house every two to three weeks and keeping us informed of any concerns she notices. She’s let us know when there’s been severe weather and has gone to the house afterward to make sure everything was fine.

Kim has been an amazing resource whenever we’ve needed services for the house, including but not limited to cleaning, window washing, pest control, pool care, and shades. She has stocked the refrigerator for us before our visits and washed sheets and towels after we leave.
